Your new debit card is expected to ship to your home address on file. If you also elect an HSA, you will use the same debit card for both. |

December 31, 2026 |
Last day to incur any expenses that can be reimbursed with your 2026 FSA contributions. |

December 31, 2026 |
Last day to use your Smart-Choice Accounts debit card for FSA expenses. After this day you can submit your manual FSA claims for expenses to Smart-Choice Accounts through March 31, 2027. |

March 31, 2027 |
Deadline to submit any reimbursements to Smart-Choice Accounts for expenses incurred between January 1, 2026–December 31, 2026. |
|
After March 31, 2027 |
Your funds if available will carryover after March 31, 2027, up to the IRS maximum. |
|
On or around April 15, 2027 |
Your 2026 Health Care FSA and Limited Purpose FSA carryover funds will be available at Fidelity. |
