During the blackout period:
During this time, you can determine whether the blackout period has started or ended by contacting the Employee Service Center at 877-625-1919 or emailing benefits@chipotle.com.
After the blackout period, expected to end during the week of January 18, 2026, visit netbenefits.com or call Fidelity to:
- Register your account. If you have an existing Fidelity account, use the same login information to access your Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. 401(k) Plan account.
- Elect how you want to receive important Plan information. Select U.S. mail to receive print communications or provide your preferred email address and elect eDelivery if you'd like to receive emails.
- Transact in your Plan account, including enrolling or changing your investment elections.
- Designate a beneficiary. Your beneficiary designation will not transfer from Principal. Now is a good time to ensure your beneficiaries are set up the way you want.
- Review your final account statement from Principal with your Fidelity statement. Fidelity’s statements are available online at any time for on-demand viewing and printing. Please note that statements will not be automatically mailed to your home. To change your mail preferences, visit NetBenefits and select Profile, then Preferences.
