Fidelity will be the new preferred HSA vendor. Your 2026 contributions will be deposited into your Fidelity HSA, beginning in January 2026 (or after you activate or open your Fidelity HSA, if later). You will receive communications from Fidelity detailing how to activate your Fidelity HSA online through NetBenefits® at NetBenefits.com, request additional debit cards, invest your balance, and designate beneficiaries (any current HSA investment elections and beneficiary designations will not carry over from HSA Bank to Fidelity). For any inquiries regarding your Fidelity HSA®, please call Fidelity at 800-544-3716 or log in to netbenefits.com. |

Group transfer election window opens to provide consent to transfer your HSA Bank HSA and open a Fidelity HSA®. |

February 13, 2026 |
Group transfer election window closes at 5 p.m. ET. This is the last date to provide consent for HSA Bank to move your HSA Bank HSA balance to Fidelity with no fees.

If you do not take action to liquidate your HSA savings, including any reinvested dividends, HSA Bank will automatically liquidate your investments on your behalf. |

February 23, 2026 |
Last day to use your HSA Bank account and debit card. Pending transactions on your HSA account after this date will result in an inability to participate in the group transfer. You can use your debit card (“NetBenefits Health & Benefits Card®”) from Fidelity to pay for qualified medical expenses with any funds that are already in your Fidelity HSA during the group transfer blackout period. If you do not have enough funds in your Fidelity HSA to cover an expense, you can pay the expense out of pocket, save your receipt, and submit for reimbursement after the group transfer blackout period is completed, on or around March 20, 2026. Please do not use your HSA Bank HSA debit card during the blackout period as the charge will be declined. |

Activate your Fidelity HSA at NetBenefits.com by March 18, 2026. You will be notified by Fidelity via email if your HSA is not in good order. You will receive instructions on what steps you must take before transfer of assets begins (during which you will be unable to access your HSA balance being transferred from HSA Bank to Fidelity). |

The group transfer is expected to be complete, and your HSA Bank HSA balance will be available in your Fidelity HSA. This group transfer will not be considered a taxable event and will not be reported to the IRS, though you are encouraged to review applicable rules for your state and consult with a tax advisor. |
