Geneva Benefits Group recently completed a review of retirement plan recordkeepers and is excited to share that we have selected Fidelity Investments® for the exceptional service they provide. Recordkeeping services for Geneva’s 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan(s) (the “Plan”), will transition from NWPS to Fidelity Investments, effective October 31, 2025.

Fidelity will be here to guide you through this transition and beyond, offering helpful tools and a team of dedicated professionals ready to support you in taking your next step and getting the most from your benefits. At work and in life, Geneva Benefits Group and Fidelity are committed to supporting your total well-being.

What the Plan at Fidelity Will Offer:

  • The same investment lineup currently offered in the Plan at NWPS. All Investments are expected to transfer to the same options at Fidelity, including brokerage holdings whenever possible.
  • Access to the NetBenefits® website and mobile app to easily manage your account.
  • Online planning tools, videos, and workshops to help you make informed decisions about your future. Support from Fidelity’s experienced phone representatives for account questions and transactions.
  • Expanded investment choices to help you manage your retirement contributions with the additional flexibility of a brokerage account through Fidelity BrokerageLink®.

What You Need to Know:

You do not need to take any action for your Plan account to transfer to Fidelity.

While some new features and services will be added, the Plan’s core provisions will remain unchanged. Your contributions will continue throughout the transition, and you will not need to re-enroll in the Plan.

More information will be shared by Fidelity later this month, including important transition dates and details. All participants with brokerage assets will receive a letter including specific information on self-directed brokerage account transfers.

This transition website will be updated regularly with the latest information throughout the move.

We will also notify you once the transition is complete in November.

We’re excited about the changes ahead for Geneva’s 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan at Fidelity. Stay up to date on the transition by visiting Geneva’s website at genevabenefits.org.

Sincerely,

Geneva Benefits Group and Fidelity
