Recordkeeping services for Geneva’s 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan(s) (the “Plan”), will transition from NWPS to Fidelity Investments, effective October 31, 2025.
This website provides information and instructions for employers during the transition including processing cut off dates and how to submit retirement plan contributions to Fidelity Investments through the online Simplified Contribution Platform (SCP) beginning in November.
Access to the SCP will be rolled out using a phased approach. There will be multiple training sessions beginning in October to help you get acclimated with SCP. Watch for emails in the coming weeks with invitations to the transition sessions for your location.
Your SCP access will initialy be in a transition view which only allows you to log in and add bank information so you will be well prepared after the transition is complete. The transition is expected to be complete during the week of November 16, 2025. At that time, your access will extend to full service.

About the Simplified Contribution Platform (SCP), commonly referred to as "Skip."
The Simplified Contribution Platform (SCP) allows you to set up, fund, and submit participant contribution requests directly to Fidelity.
For any other employment-related changes, such as enrollment, terminations, or other transaction requests, please follow your employer’s or plan sponsor’s established procedures.

Access to the SCP site is not yet available. You will receive an email in October with your username and login credentials. This email will confirm that your account has been successfully created, and you may log in using the details provided.
